Bridgecourt & Company provides clients with greater transparency by which to make investment and management decisions by combining the disciplined approach of credit research and analysis with the innovative approach of consultancy. In addition to providing robust quantitative measures of risk and performance, we give particular consideration to qualitative factors based on analytical experience gained across a number of sectors. In our view, a rigorous assessment of trends in the business and economic environment, together with a clear understanding of management's strategic objectives, is key to understanding future financial performance.

Bridgecourt & Company was established by Robert Robinson. Prior to setting up Bridgecourt, Robert was with Standard & Poor's for eight years where he was a Director managing a team of analysts. Before joining Standard & Poor's, Robert had been a management consultant for ten years, including five years at KPMG Consulting where he was a senior consultant.

Bridgecourt & Company analysts have experience of credit analysis for a number of new and high profile securitisation and project finance transactions, including specialised assets such as student accommodation, social housing, football stadiums, private hospitals and nursing homes. Bridgecourt analysts also have experience of PFI / PPP projects across a range of sectors including NHS hospitals and local and central government facilities, as well as strategic consulting projects which include merger and acquisition analysis, business planning, and option appraisal studies, for both public and private sector clients.
