This analysis relates both to social business organisations themselves and to commercial transactions involving payments or support from such organisations, such as student accommodation, affordable housing and nursing homes. Bridgecourt analysts also have experience of PFI / PPP projects across a range of sectors including NHS hospitals and local and central government facilities, and have also worked on specialist commercial real estate transactions.
